Affiliate MembershipAffiliate Membership with The Fund brings many of the same benefits as Full Membership. This includes receiving Fund Title Notes and monthly issues of The Fund Concept.In addition, Legal Education seminars and Affiliate Assembly offer educational courses that address real estate law and ethical issues of special interest to the paralegal, legal assistant, and licensed title agent. The National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), The Florida Bar, and Florida Department of Financial Services approve courses for continuing education credits.
Affiliate Membership is available to Florida paralegals, legal secretaries, legal assistants and licensed title agents who meet the following criteria:
- Employed by a Fund member
- Have been recommended by your supervising Fund member attorney
