FEATURED   Florida Bar Board of Governors Considers Amendments to Trust Accounting Rules   The Florida Bar Board of Governors is considering amendments to Rule 5-1.2(b) and (c) on trust accounting records and the responsibilities of lawyers in law firms for trust accounts.  The Board will take final action on the amendments in March.
