Associate Membership

Associate Membership with Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC is offered to Florida attorneys who do not issue title insurance policies for any title insurer, but who are involved with real estate issues from time to time and want to stay current.

Associate Membership with The Fund brings many of the same benefits as Full Membership. This includes receiving Fund Title Notes annually and monthly issues of The Fund Concept, a monthly digest of recent developments in Florida real estate law. In addition, you can attend Assemblies at Member rate and enroll in our acclaimed series of Legal Education seminars. The seminars and Assemblies are approved for CLE credits. Associate Members do not receive and cannot issue title insurance policies nor can they have access to FundNet. Membership is $250 per year.
