Version 6.0 has been updated to contain the ALTA 2006 policy forms and endorsements. Version 6.1 has the Tax Lien Clause Change to the Commitment (CF6), Owner's Policy (OF6) and Mortgagee Policy (MF6). Version 6.2 contains the revised ALTA 14 Series Endorsements.

Note: Customers running Windows 7 will need to download and install the installation package of the Microsoft Agent core components for use on Windows 7 for full Windows 7 compatibility. This hotfix includes the required components to enable the Microsoft Agent that is used within the 4Real application.

Downloading the hotfix requires you to provide a valid email address that Microsoft will send a link and a password to download a setup file that must be saved and executed to apply the fix. The 'Genie' Microsoft Agent will be substituted for the 'Merlin' Agent; however, there is no change in application functionality.

If you do not wish to enable the Microsoft Agent on Windows 7, the initialization error that appears once 4Real is installed and opened can be disabled by selecting the 'Help' drop down menu and unchecking 'Show Assistant'.
