Prior Policy

The Prior Policy Department is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

When placing an order for a policy, providing the following information helps us to efficiently process your request:

• The legal description of the property
• Book and Page of the Mortgage or Warranty Deed
• Copy of the Fund Commitment

Insured parties including Property Owners, Lenders, and Mortgage Companies are welcome to request a copy of your prior policy for a fee of $50 by contacting us via:

Upon receipt of the $50 fee by cashier's check or money order payable to "Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC", our Prior Policy staff will mail out copies via the USPS, unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Payment should be sent to:

Fund Members can place orders for prior policies online in ATIDS, WebATIDS or ATIDS XE using Policy Search and Order. Policy requests for base title are returned according to the member's preference when placing the order; either via Propel or fax. Fund members are billed through their member accounts for added convenience.

The following products are available through the Prior Policy Department:

Product 441-
A copy of an ATIF or ATFS policy is provided including the following:
     •  Schedule A & B, Endorsements
     •  A stamp with the wording "policy copy" along with a Live Signature
     •  Jacket with serial number (There is no stamp or Live Signature on the Jacket.)

Product 442-
Only a copy of an ATIF or ATFS Jacket with the serial number is provided.
(There is no stamp or Live Signature on the Jacket.)

Product 410-
This request is for off-line counties.
Only Schedule A & B, Endorsements
No Jacket, stamp or Live Signature will be provided with the policy.
