You receive exceptional claims service on issues such as:

• Judgments against a prior owner
• Forgeries
• Unpaid property taxes
• Easements

Our claims attorneys are responsible for investigating claims, determining if Old Republic National Title Insurance Company is liable, and determining the amounts to be paid out. If we cannot correct the problem, we reimburse the insured for the loss, according to the provisions of the policy.

Outside attorneys are used, as are private investigators, where appropriate.
