Title Insurance Through Lawyers (TITL)

It is becoming increasingly important for real estate attorneys to have a stronger and more noticeable voice in the political arena. That is what Title Insurance Through Lawyers (TITL) does for you. Its primary purpose is to financially assist candidates for state, political, or public office in Florida who support real estate and title insurance attorneys.

Membership in TITL is open to any member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and any member of The Fund, as well as the spouse and immediate family members of a Fund attorney. The TITL Board of Directors is comprised of the 20 elected Directors and President of The Fund.
