ProPel® is The Fund’s document management solution designed to increase your productivity and efficiency with the capability to receive Fund products, title insurance policies, ATIDS® search results, and public records documents electronically. ProPel offers the ability to scan, organize, and manage imaged documents, virtually eliminating paper files and reducing off-site storage costs.
- Saves time on document delivery by sending documents electronically to your PC. Most requests for public records and policy documents can be fulfilled in minutes.
- Stores and manages documents electronically, much like an electronic document management or file system, in a stand-alone or shared environment for easy accessibility.
- Ability to scan virtually any source document and add it to an existing ProPel file for quick and easy reference.
- Streamlines workspace by allowing paper documents to be archived for safekeeping and easy reference.
- Can be used by itself or integrated with ATIDS® and DoubleTime® for maximum benefits.
I use DoubleTime, WebATIDS and ProPel. It is amazing how much these programs simplify the real estate closing process. With WebATIDS and ProPel, I can either perform my own title and name searches or I can quickly enter the required information and send it to The Fund to perform the search. Either way, the ease of operation and speed at which title reports are generated enables me to respond quickly to requests. ProPel allows me to either view or print the title search and hard copy of each document. And the training offered through The Fund for these programs is exceptional.
